Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on stock, your order may ship from our US or Canadian warehouse to avoid delays.

Please note: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, it may still be processing through the carrier network. This does not mean the package is lost.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.


Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@figiandash.com with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds
To request a return, email us at hello@figiandash.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Please package the items securely and drop them off at the designated courier.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in original condition. Used or burned candles are not eligible for return. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return label is not used within 20 days, the return will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

We do not offer exchanges.
Sale items, limited editions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Important Shipping Info
If your package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
